We started driving home to spend my bday weekend in Indiana. We broke the drive into 2 days because 7.5hrs is a bit much considering we didn't get on the road until about 6pm :)
Ufortunately we didn't make it more than about 3hrs. Our hope was to make it about 4-4.5 hours which would have been Terre Haute, IN. We hit a serious storm while driving though and ended up stopping in Vincennes, IN.
A cute town (from what we could tell in the pouring rain) and a place Andy and I would like to come back and visit.
We ended up in an Econolodge because we had Turk dog with us. Another note to ourselves - that's the last Econolodge we'll ever stay in, it was just a little too seedy for our taste! Turk dog didn't mind though and was his usual cuggly self :)
