Today was a beautiful day! It is really starting to feel like fall. It was nice and crisp outside...
....but still sunny so me and Turk dog took a nice long walk on the Greenway here in Clarksville. The leaves haven't completely changed yet but in another week or two I think there this walk will be even prettier.

I think our road sign has gotten hit at least 2-3 times just in the last year!

I didn't get any pictures but I also went over to Ruth's this evening. It was a great night of chatting with a new friend while drinking wine and eating yummy chili for the first time this season :) Hopefully we'll have more nights like this and pictures to come :)

Pretty pictures of the house in the morning...you can tell fall is coming into full swing.
This evening I went to the ArtWalk downtown with Melodye. Various shops downtown exhibit a local artist and typically have food and drinks set out. It was actually a really neat event and I can't wait until Andy gets home to do it with him!

This morning when me and Turk dog got up it was very foggy! Its been so long since I've seen fog that it really surprised me. In the midwest I felt fog was common and frequent but here in Clarksville (at least where we are) I rarely see fog.
I think I'm becoming obsessed with nature pictures:) But that's okay :) Here are some more from walking with Turk dog this morning.
I also kept my promise and visited the LST ship at the river today. I had NO idea how popular it would be! There was quite a line and it took at least an hour to tour the whole ship!
And here is a shot of the line from the ship!

Our Panera is almost done!!!! We knew in the spring that Panera had plans to build in C'ville but I hadn't driven past where they said they would be building for quite a few months. Talking to people at work this week I learned that its going to open very soon! And this picture is proof!! Yay!
I also started painting our spare room today. This picture and my sore muscles remind me why I hate to paint :) Hopefully pictures of a complete room will be coming soon!

So I was taking Turk dog for his usual walk along the river this evening and we came across a ship docked at the river! I had no idea what it was until I sent a picture to Andy and he let me know that it is an LST (Landing Ship, Tank) from WWII! Here are a few pictures of it but I promised Andy I'd visit it again this weekend to take more pictures for him :)
