We began Saturday on Main St, also know as Museum Row due to having 5 or 6 museums all within a few blocks. These are just a few of the pictures along this main street before we got to the museums.
These are a few pictures of a really cool restaurant and hotel that I would LOVE to stay at next time we're in Louisville. The hotel is called 21C. It's a small hotel/contemporary art museum. They have art throughout the hotel common areas and in the rooms. Proof 21 is the restaurant in the hotel and also exhibits art and uses locally grown food throughout its menu.
This park is right across the street from 21C Hotel.
After some general walking around we went to 2 of the museums downtown - the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft and the Louisville Science Center.

Louisville Slugger Museum ( I have to confess we didn't actually go INSIDE the slugger museum :) None of us care for baseball so we just took pictures outside :)
After 2 museums we were ready for lunch and went to a local brewery/restuarant - Bluegrass Brewing Company.
