This was our last weekend together so Andy and I decided to go to Nashville and do what we love, visit old homes. But first we had breakfast at a good little local place called G's Pancake House.
The first place we visited was the Belle Meade Plantation. It is an old horse breeding estate and most famous racing horses can trace their lineage to Belle Meade.
After Belle Meade Plantation we went to Belmont Mansion which is located on the grounds of Belmont University. It was built by one of the richest families in the South and they built one of the most elaborate antebellum homes.
After touring 2 homes we were starving and went to one of our favorite places - The Melting Pot!! When we were walking there we ended up stopping in an old school candy shop :)
